Designed to put the pieces together

There’s no one-size-fits-all for histamine intolerance treatment. The information available online is scattered and confusing, and practitioners may not always understand your situation.
We’re giving you the tools you need to identify and understand your unique triggers and imbalances, empowering you to outsmart histamine and mast cell activation.

Why Outsmart Histamine?

In managing histamine intolerance, as in Functional Medicine, we consider a multitude of environmental and genetic factors and the overall load. Dr. John Gannage’s approach and philosophy are based on the latest scientific research combined with decades of clinical and personal experience.

This is the first complete course on managing histamine levels and histamine intolerance, led by an experienced Functional Medicine doctor.

Dr. John Gannage

Finally, a medical doctor who understands histamine intolerance. Honestly before Dr. Gannage I had to piece everything together for myself on the internet because none of the doctors or naturopaths I saw really knew about this. I had insomnia, itchy skin all the time, headaches, pain, and more no matter what I did. I thought it was a histamine issue when I saw his website. But he helped me untangle what everyone else tried to diagnose as other things. He’s so clear and SO thorough which you really need when you have chronic illness that nobody else has helped and you’ve done all the tests and seen all the specialists lol! The value you get for what you pay is unbeatable in my opinion because I’m getting my life back. THANK YOU Dr. Gannage!!
